DEFINITIONS
SİTE: BAHAR ŞANLI SAĞLIK GÜZELLİK MERKEZİ EĞİTİM

• CONTENT: Any type of information, files, images, programs, figures, prices, etc., published or accessible on the SITE or any other website.
• WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT: This agreement, concluded electronically between BŞD and the natural or legal persons benefiting from the commercial and personalized services offered via the SITE.
• PERSONAL DATA: Information such as the member’s identity, address, email, phone number, IP address, visited sections of the SITE, domain type, browser type, visit date/time, etc.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Delivery of products listed on baharsanlidermacosmetics.com to the customer via cargo, subject to stock availability, after payment is made by the member.

ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT
BŞD may assign this agreement in whole or in part without prior notice. Users/members may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement.
FORCE MAJEURE
BŞD shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, legal restrictions).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, though BŞD reserves the right to sue in the user’s country.
EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE
This agreement enters into force upon publication on the SITE. By using the SITE, users and members accept these terms. BŞD may amend the terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting.
