1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can make payments to any of our TL-denominated bank accounts via wire transfer or EFT.

2) Credit Card Payments via Our Website

You may use all major credit cards for online one-time payments. The payment will be processed from your card upon order confirmation. • In case of order cancellation (e.g., stock unavailability), refunds will be issued to your card within 3 business days.

3) Order Refunds

If your order is canceled for any reason:

• BAHAR ŞANLI HEALTH BEAUTY CENTER EDUCATION CONSULTING AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY will refund the amount to your account/card within 3 business days. • You must provide accurate and complete bank/card details to our finance team for processing.

4) Delivery

• Same-day dispatch: We strive to ship orders on the same day.

• Custom/pre-order items: Delivery takes 3 business days (as specified on the product page). Delays will be communicated proactively.

• Address requirements: Provide a daytime delivery address to ensure smooth shipping.Processing: Orders are prepared according to the delivery method selected at checkout.

• Shipping partner: Products are dispatched via our contracted courier from our Istanbul-based company.• Special requests: Contact our customer service for alternative delivery arrangements.• Note: Deliveries are only available within Turkey.

5) Payment Tracking

• If the payment system encounters an error, you will be notified on the checkout page.

• For failed deliveries (e.g., address issues), we will contact the order placer.

• The validity of your email address is confirmed via an automated confirmation email after order submission.

• We are accountable to both customers and our payment gateway provider for successful delivery.

 Important Notice!

• Inspect packages upon delivery: If the package appears damaged, open it in the presence of the courier representative.

• Do not accept damaged goods: Request a signed damage report from the courier and refuse delivery if necessary.

• Post-delivery claims: Once accepted, the courier’s responsibility is deemed fulfilled. • Return requests: Briefly state the reason for return in your email to expedite resolution.
